Amounts in ml / cl / oz, or "parts" of the mix. Counted units (dash, leaf, wedge, fill...) and ingredients that are never pumped are added by the guest - "before" or "after" the pour. Bitters, absinthe or half and half are pumped if they're on a pump, else added by hand.
